PROJECT : Pre-draft of a nuclear infrastructure EOM (project still in progress and subject to confidentiality).
ASSIGNMENT : Development and management of a BIM 3D model.
SOFTWARE USED : REVIT, NAVISWORKS and DYNAMO.
INTERVENTION
- BIM support, management and execution of the BIM model,
- Implementation of interoperability processes between BIM 3D model and technical studies,
- Coordination of models and sub-project management,
- Creation/modification of project parameters and collaboration between the models,
- Analysis, synthesis and detection of clashes.
MEP PART :
- Preparation of plans (creation of sheets, legend, title block, etc.),
- Creation and maintenance of template files,
- Assistance, training and supervision of draughtsmen to ensure compliance with standards,
- Quality control of the MEP plans produced by the draughtsmen,
- Creation/modification of the MEP families necessary for the project,
- Implementation of qualitative/quantitative parts lists according to requirements,
- Organisation of shared data (levels, coordinates, grids, etc.).
STRUCTURE AND FINISHING WORK :
- Modelling of the structure and finishing work,
- Feasibility study of rainwater drainage,
- Feasibility study on the recovery of fire effluents in process rooms,
- Technical synthesis between the civil engineering/HVAC batches,
- Modelling of concrete screeds and roof collection structures,
- Modelling of parametric families (civil engineering work/duct reservation, etc.),
- Monitoring of interfaces between civil engineering batches and process equipment,
- Parameter setting of formwork plans deliverables on REVIT.
