On Tuesday, October 16, Axyon was invited to participate in the Youth Springboard Day organized by Apec at its offices in the Republic.
The aim of this event was to promote meetings between young graduates from higher education and companies in order to help them better understand the expectations of recruiters.
Thus, our Axyon recruiters had the opportunity to introduce our company to all the young people and then to share a lunch in a friendly atmosphere. The day continued with individual workshops to provide role-playing and professional insight into their interviews to the young graduates present.
Our recruiters appreciated the preparation and motivation of the young people present. This mean constructive advice could be provided to which they were receptive.
Axyon thanks Apec for this day in which all participants learnt a great deal.
